Jenskates is located in Connecticut, USA. You may order online or stop by our retail location at Champions Skating Center in Cromwell, CT. Please check our hours before stopping by. Our website orders are mainly shipped from our warehouse in Cheshire, CT 06410. We do our best to keep our site up-to-date, but if you have a question about stock, size, colors, etc., please feel free to contact us. You may also use the comments box (presented during your order checkout process) for substitution notes or special instructions regarding the items you have ordered.

RETURNS:
You may return an item within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund of merchandise price. The item must be in its original condition, in packaging, or with the tags still attached. Sorry, shipping and handling cannot be refunded (unless it was our error). Some items are not returnable, such as Bunga pads and opened tights packages due to the nature of the product. Don't forget to include an order number or copy of your packing slip with your return. Please see our returns page for more information.
IN-STORE PICKUP:
You may now order online and pickup at our retail location at Champions Skating Center in Cromwell, CT. You may select this option during your checkout.You must prepay online by credit card or PayPal for this option. We will email you an expected availability date. Most products are available for pickup within 1 week.
