If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Items such as gel padding and tights cannot be returned due to the personal nature of the product. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are making an exchange, tere may be additional shipping fees. Contact us if you wold like a quote before making the exchange. Please mail your package, packing slip, and request in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

We stock thousands of items so you can get quick delivery!
All products on our site are in stock unless otherwise stated. For example, "Special Order" items are not stocked and take 1-3 weeks. If it does not say "special order" it is a stocked item.
In rare instances the inventory can be incorrect. We will contact you immediately if items are backordered and give you the option to have a refund or a short backorder.
